Non-Refundable Situations:
- Viewed Product Key: If you have already viewed the product key and wish to return it, unfortunately, a refund is not possible. As a digital key marketplace, we do not have the technical means to revoke or deactivate a viewed key. The sellers on our platform are not direct publishers of the keys, which limits our ability to process returns for viewed keys.
