Can You Refund RBL Items?
RBL offers a vast array of items that players can purchase to enhance their gaming experience. However, there are times when a player might want to refund an item. Here’s what you need to know about the refund policies and procedures for RBL items, including how to handle refunds on mobile.
Refund Policies
Generally, RBL does not offer refunds for items purchased within the platform. This includes in-game purchases as well as avatar accessories bought from the Avatar Shop. The reason behind this policy is the presence of multiple confirmation steps during the purchase process, designed to prevent accidental purchases. When you buy an item, you have to confirm the purchase, which reduces the likelihood of mistakes.
However, exceptions can be made in specific situations such as unauthorized transactions or defective items. In such cases, you can contact RBL support to request a refund. This is not guaranteed, but RBL may consider your request based on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund on PC
- Log In: Go to the RBL website and log in to your account.
- Settings: Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
- Billing: Navigate to the "Billing" section and click on "Billing Help Pages".
- Contact Support: Scroll down to the "Contact Support" link to access the support form.
- Fill Out Form: Enter your email, username, and other required information. Select the device used for the purchase and choose "Billing and Payments" under the help category.
