Official Store Terms and Conditions (Top Up) - Pusat bantuan itemku
Terms and Conditions at the Official Store (Top Up) are as follows:
- Top Up game with instant delivery
- In processing Top Up orders at the Official Store, itemku uses a third party Top Up provider (in this case itemku is the Top Up purchasing agent).
- Problems in purchasing the top up will be the responsibility of the top up provider with itemku as the first contact and mediator between the buyer of itemku and the top up provider.
- Error writing the Top Up destination User ID causing the Top Up to be sent to another User ID, is not the responsibility of itemku and the top up provider.
- If a problem arises regarding the purchased Top Up, then a complaint can be submitted through the itemku User Service.
- Claims for problems that arise regarding Top Up purchased through the Official Store (Top Up) can only be received within 2 days after the Transaction Status Has Been Sent in the Purchase History of the Official Store.
