I want to sell on Account Category, how do I do that?

Make sure you have successfully verified your email and cellphone number, and also verify that your store has been approved.

If you have problems creating Account Category merchandise, please follow these steps:

  1. Please login to your itemku account at https://tokoku.itemku.com/
  2. Click Store Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Under the label Selling Account, click Moderate Now (make sure your current moderation status is "Unmoderated")
  4. Answer moderation questions clearly and responsibly
  5. Check the statement that your moderation answer is true
  6. Click Moderate Now

Additional Information Regarding Moderation Questions:

  1. For question no.2 "Inform the method used to get the account", you can explain how you get the account that you are going to sell. And if you are a reseller, then clearly explain where you got the account (website link where the reseller is, etc.), along with how and proof you have secured the account before selling it so that the account is safe and not hacked.
  2. To attach the required photos (ID Card with face and bank account book registered in itemku along with ID Card). You are not allowed to edit on the photo on the grounds that the photo looks like it is in one frame (crop, etc.). Itemku will refuse moderation if there is a lack of documents in the attachment (face, ID Card, and account information) or edits (ss/merge/scan).
  3. For the question ''Attach a photo of the bank account book listed in itemku along with the ID Card in 1 frame'. For those of you who have a certain type of bank account that does not have a physical book feature (BCA Xpresi, BTPN Jenius), you can replace it with:

A) upload photo account card and account number with ID Card (photo in one frame, not edit/merge/scan)

OR

B) upload a photo monitor screen/mobile showing your bank account profile together with ID Card ( photo in 1 frame, not screenshot and edit/merge/scan with ID card)

Please wait for your Moderation verification process within 1x24 hours, yes, later you will get a notification whether your moderation is approved or not.

If you are found selling Accounts that are not in the appropriate/actual category, or commit other violations, such as:

  1. The account being sold does not match the specifications in the trade description
  2. There was an order problem where the seller could not provide proof that the account being sold was completely safe
  3. The seller makes merchandise whose data is incomplete so that it can be categorized as unsafe for sale:
    • Minus account data (forgot password/disabled)
    • Accounts for sale are linked to seller's personal email
    • Account not all unbind
    • Random account

Sanctions that will be given can be in the form of:

  1. Store frozen/freeze so can't access tokoku menu at all
  2. The seller must re-moderate with a statement on the moderation page that agrees to the terms of itemku
  3. All of the above violations may result in the seller not being able to sell the Account category forever (unable to moderate again)
  4. Store frozen/freeze forever
