I want to sell in the Top Up Category, how do I do that?

Make sure you have successfully verified your email and cellphone number, and also verify that your store has been approved.

If you have problems making Top Up Category merchandise, please follow these steps:

  1. Please login to your itemku account at https://tokoku.itemku.com/ 
  2. Click Store Settings in the left sidebar and choose Product tab
  3. On Top Up moderaton, click Moderate Now (make sure your current moderation status is "Unmoderated")
  4. Answer moderation questions clearly and responsibly then click Submit Form

 

Additional Information Regarding Moderation Questions: 

For question no.3: "Attach a screenshot of the most recent top-up you made within the last month" . You are required to attach evidence of a successful transaction invoice from the supplier of your choice. This invoice is attached in the form of a screenshot or physically.

*Invoice is proof of purchase obtained from your supplier, such as when you get a payment receipt when shopping at a supermarket, generally the invoice contains the transaction ID and the time of the transaction you have made.

Please wait for your Moderation verification process within 1x24 hours, yes, later you will get a notification whether your moderation is approved or not.

Things you need to pay attention to if your top-up moderation is approved are to ensure that you do not sell Top Up in an incorrect category or commit other violations, such as:

  1. The method of selling Top Up is not in accordance with the successful moderation
  2. An order problem occurred where the seller was unable to provide proof of delivery to CS itemku.com
  3. Change the status of the Top Up order to shipped before actually sending the order

Sanctions that will be given can be in the form of:

  1. Store frozen/ freeze so can't access tokoku menu at all
  2. The seller must re-moderate with a statement on the moderation page that agrees to the terms of itemku
  3. All of the above violations may result in the seller not being able to sell the Top Up category forever (unable to moderate again) 
  4. Store frozen/ freeze forever
