How to see orders that have been received or have been paid for by buyers? - Pusat bantuan itemku
You can view orders that have entered your Store in the following ways:
Via my item website :
- Login to your itemku account via itemku website ( www.itemku.com )
- Select menu tokoku
- Select menu Order History
- In the Order History menu a list of orders entered into your store will appear and has been paid for by the buyer.
- Click on the order number to view the details of the order and the order delivery deadline.

- Send your order to the buyer before the time limit, if you have sent your order, don't forget to click Already Sent .
Via the Tokoku website (the official website of the itemku.com seller) :
1. Login to your itemku account via the Tokoku itemku website ( tokoku.item.com):
2. Select menu Order History :
3. On the Order History menu, select the Needs to Ship tab

4. Click the order number to view details of the order:
5. The order details and delivery deadline will appear as shown below this:
6. If you have sent your order, don't forget to click Already Sent :
Through itemku app
1. Login to your itemku account:
2. Select menu Account:
3. Select menu Needs Processing in the tokoku Order History:
4. Click on the order that needs processing to see the details of the order:
5. The order details and the time limit for the order delivery will appear as shown below:
6. If your order has been sent, slide your smartphone screen down, and click Already Sent .
If there is an order that has been paid for by the buyer, you will receive a notification from your email, browser, and also itemku app (if you have enabled all notifications).
itemku has never informed about orders coming to your store via Message Box . Please only process orders that are on the Order History page of your itemku account.
