After receiving your order, you can send the product directly to the buyer by:

1.Enter website My Store ( https://tokoku.itemku.com )

2.Select menu Order History on the left side of the page, you will be directed to a list of order history that needs to be processed

3.Click Order Number.

4. The order details include transaction information and notes for the seller (if any). Use that information to make deliveries. Especially for sellers who will send merchandise in the form of data (vouchers, accounts), you can use the Message feature to make deliveries

5. After sending the product to the buyer, click Sent

If the seller commits a violation, such as pressing the Submit button when in fact the product has not been sent to the relevant buyer, the seller will be penalized. itemku does not hesitate to follow up the violation to legal channels if necessary.
