Genshin Impact Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku

Genshin Impact accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

• Sellers are required to unlink mobile and other associated accounts, and submit accounts only in the form (email and password).
• Seller must provide all data associated with the account
• Sellers not allowed selling accounts that are already linked to certain social media, but the social media account is missing/inactive.
• Sellers are prohibited from selling random accounts.
• Sales proceeds will be held for 30 days as a form of warranty to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.
• Seller must prepare account data for account retrieval purposes.
• Data required for account retrieval required such as but not limited to (email related data, other social account data associated with the account Genshin Impact, Account level, account creation date, screenshot of mihoyo account page, proof of last top up purchase on account if any, list of characters owned, number of genesis crystals & number of primogems).
  

Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If the itemku party finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the conditions for selling the account above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

• Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
  
• Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
  
• Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers.
  

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
