Roblox Account Terms of Sale

Roblox accounts that can be sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

 

  • The account being sold must be a verified account
  • Sellers are required to send the game account in the form of a username and password (including the email)
  • Sellers are not allowed to sell accounts with random specifications.
  • Sales proceeds will be held for 7 days as a form of warranty to the buyer.
  • Sellers are required to provide detailed information regarding the account being sold in the product description and must using appropriate images.
  • The seller is obliged to help the buyer to secure the account sent.
  • If the account has a problem and the seller cannot help repair the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order.
     
  • The seller must prepare data account to carry out account retrieval.

     

If the itemku party finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the conditions for selling the account above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

 

  • Product Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.

     
  • Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

     
  • Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers.

     

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed. 
**) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed
