Q: What notifications can I get from tokoku?

A: Once activated, for now a notification of tokoku will appear every time the skipper's shop gets a new transaction order or a new message (chat) from a buyer

Q: How do I activate the notification feature from tokoku site?

A:

1. Go to tokoku site and login to your shop account skipper

2. On the homepage a pop-up will appear as shown in the picture. Click allow notifications

3. A pop-up will appear at the top left of the screen to confirm notification access. Click "Allow" or "Allow"

Q: What browser should I use to access tokoku site notifications?

A: It is recommended that you use the latest Google Chrome browser to be able to get notifications from itemku site

Q: I have activated the notification feature from the Google Chrome browser, why am I still not getting notifications?

A:

1. Make sure your Google Chrome app is always running

2. Make sure the notification settings from your Google Chrome are correct. Open Google Chrome > Select the 3 dots menu at the top right of the screen > Settings > Privacy & Security > Notifications > Activate the "Sites can ask to send notifications" option

3. Install Tokoku's progressive web app (PWA) on your desktop or cellphone to ensure that notifications will still appear even when the Google Chrome app is not being opened/used
