What is a Premium Service? - Pusat bantuan itemku

Premium Service is an additional (optional) service that can be used by shoppers when shopping for itemku.

By using Premium Services, buyers get 2 additional benefits in the form of:

1. Priority Complaint Ticket on itemku User Service
2. Token play on itemku Play a total of 20 Tokens.
   

The price of the Premium Service is Rp. 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupiah). If a transaction consists of more than three products, the price of the Premium Service will be adjusted to Rp. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupiah).

Premium Services are non-refundable, so that if a transaction using Premium Services is canceled, the Premium Service fee that has been paid will not be returned to the buyer.
