How to cash out sales balance?

Once an order status changes to Completed, the buyer's payment will be automatically added to your store balance and is ready to be withdrawn.

Steps to Withdraw:

  1. Open Tokoku → click Tokoku Balance → click Withdraw Balance

  2. Enter your PIN → click Withdraw

That's it — your withdrawal request has been submitted! 

 

Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national public holidays, in accordance with itemku's operating hours (Also if there are no problems from the bank or third party disbursement of funds)
