How do I contact the seller?

You can contact the seller after you make your transaction payment. The method is as follows:

Via the Web

- Go to Shopping History page

- Select the transaction you want to inquire

- Click Shopping Details

- Then click Contact Seller

When the seller replies to a message, you can reply via Message Box

Via App

- Go to Account page

- On the menu Payment Successful , click the transaction status according to what you want to ask

- In the Product information section, click Send Message .

When the seller replies to the message, you will receive a push notification and you can reply to it via the Message menu on the main page of the itemku application.

Make sure you always use the Messages feature to contact the seller, so that the security of your transactions is guaranteed. itemku is not responsible for the loss you experience if the conversation is carried out without going through messages.

Please note that the Messages feature can only be used if you have has an account in itemku.
