How to Send Voucher/Game Key/Account Orders to Buyers? - Pusat bantuan itemku
If you sell merchandise in the form of vouchers, accounts, or products that require important information/codes that are given to the buyer when sent (without instant delivery) , here Itemku has provided the latest features as a means to send the information/code to the buyer without going through the message feature. Check out the steps!
[Trade Voucher]/[Trade Game Key]
1. In the 'Order History' menu, click the 'Shipped' button on the order you want to send
2. You can fill in the voucher code in the space provided, here are the conditions for filling in your voucher code:
- If in one order there are more than one voucher code request, you can enter the code using enter
- You can use letters, numbers and hyphens to fill in the code
- If you have more than one voucher to send, then the line at the place of filling in the voucher code must match the number of vouchers requested (example: if 3 vouchers, you must fill in 3 lines format). If the line filled in is less or more than the requested voucher, there will be a message "The amount of data entered does not match the number of orders or the writing format is wrong"
If you have filled in correctly, please click the 'Enter Data' button.
3. After clicking the 'Enter Data' button, the voucher code that you will send will be displayed again, please check it again! After making sure the code you entered is correct, click the 'Submit' button
4. After that, you can send additional messages if you want to send an initial message to buyers
5. Congratulations! Your order has been shipped! Please wait for the buyer's confirmation!

[Account Trading] ( Exceptions on Youtube Premium Accounts*)
1. In the 'Order History' menu, click the 'Shipped' button on the order you want to send
2. You can fill in your account information in the space provided, here are the requirements for filling in your account information:
- If in one order there are more than one account request, you can enter the code by using enter
- You can separate data using the characters “//” “:”, or “||” (example: "email: 1234xyz@gmail.com || password: 1234!@#$
- You can use letters, numbers and hyphens to fill in the info
- (Except Spotify account) If you have more than one account that must be submitted, then the line where you fill in the account information must match the number of accounts requested (example: if 3 accounts then you must fill in 3 line format). If the line that is filled in is less or more than the requested account, there will be a message "The amount of data entered does not match the number of orders or the writing format is wrong"
3. After clicking the 'Enter Data' button, the account information that you will send will be displayed again, please check it again first! After making sure the info you entered is correct, click the 'Submit' button
4. After that, you can send additional messages if you want to send an initial message to buyers
5. Congratulations! Your order has been shipped! Please wait for the buyer's confirmation!
*For Youtube Premium accounts, the delivery process remains through the previous message feature
