How to Set PIN on itemku Account - Pusat bantuan itemku

PIN settings are made to increase the security of your transactions on itemku, whether you are transacting with the Dompetku payment method or when you are about to apply for disbursement of funds.

Always keep your PIN confidential by not revealing your PIN number to anyone, itemku never asks for PIN information from itemku user.

 

Let's see how to set the PIN on your itemku account.

 

 

1. Login to your itemku account via the itemku app (make sure you're using the latest version of the itemku app).
2. Click the Account menu at the bottom right of the itemku application.


3. In the Account menu , slide ( scroll ) down until there is an option PIN settings, then click PIN Settings .


4. Click Set PIN Now to continue the PIN creation process.

5. You must go through the verification stage of your mobile phone number again (make sure the number you are using is active, and can receive phone calls).

6. You will receive a call from number 02131... XXXX ( PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP THE CALL ). Enter the last 4 digits of the number that called you into the verification field.


7. After successful verification, you will be asked to enter a PIN number. Please create a PIN combination (6 numeric digits) according to your wishes, then click Continue .

8. Congratulations you have successfully added a PIN to your itemku account.
