- If it has been sent, please check it by logging into Netflix at www.netflix.com or by downloading the Netflix app on your phone
- Record a video by logging into the account page by clicking the profile icon on the top right Accounts Billing Details
- Please make sure the account provided by the seller matches the order
- If appropriate, click “done” to complete your order

Clear cache of Netflix app on Android
- Go to Settings your Android phone
- Click General. If there is no menu General continue to the next step
- Select Apps/Applications

- Scroll down until you find Netflix
- Click Clear Data or Clear Storage/ Clear Storage and click OK
- Try running Netflix again
