Black Desert Mobile Account Sales Terms

Black Desert Mobile accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Sellers are required to use legal means to obtain accounts for sale.
  • Seller is required to provide detailed account specifications for sale in the merchandise description.
  • Sellers are prohibited from selling minus accounts (accounts that are already linked to social media/email accounts, but the social media or email accounts are lost or cannot be retrieved) return access).
  • If the account to be sold is an Account with a Google login, then that account cannot be bound with other social media accounts.
  • Sales funds are held for 30 Days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
  • Seller must prepare account data for account retrieval.

Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If the itemku party finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the terms of the account sale above, then:

- The first violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller have sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days.

- The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller have sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days.

- The third violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account*, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then the moderation of the sale will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 9 days.

- Fourth violation will result in permanent store closure, and store balance will be disbursed to registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.

If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:

- Closes the merchandise and stores of that seller. Store closures will be carried out in stages**

*) revocation of multilevel moderation: first moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closing sanction for 9 days days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
