Canva Account Terms of Sale

Canva accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  1. Accounts for sale are not Free Trial Accounts or Edu Accounts
  2. Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
  3. Sellers are only allowed to sell accounts with the subscription period and subscription type provided by itemku.
  4. If the given account has a problem and the seller can't help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If itemku party finds that the seller violates sending an account that uses illegal methods to get an account, or sends a Free Trial account , then itemku will penalize the seller in the form of:

  1. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
  2. Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
  3. Revocation of Account Sales Moderation gradually* if the account provided by the seller does not match the type. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
