Google Drive Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku
Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Selling accounts unrelated to personal email is recommended.
- If the account is already bound on social media, the seller is required to provide the social media email login (Google Play/Facebook).
- Seller MANDATORY to provide all data related to the account
- Not allowed to sell accounts that are already linked to certain social media, but the social media account is lost/inactive.
- The seller must prepare account data for account retrieval
- The seller must log out of all devices that can access the account, before sending the account.
Sales funds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.
If the itemku party finds that the seller has sent an account that does not comply with the terms of the account sale above, then:
- The first violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of a replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days.
- The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent replacement account and send proof of delivery of replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days.
- The third violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent replacement account and send proof of delivery of replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 9 days.
- The fourth violation results in permanent store closure, and the store balance will be disbursed to the registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.
If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:
- Close the merchandise and contact the seller to be asked for an explanation regarding the merchandise within 1x24 hours.
- If within 24 hours there is no reply and or the seller is proven guilty, a sanction will be given, namely revocation of multilevel moderation**.
** revocation of multilevel moderation: first moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closure for 9 days, then the next sanction will be permanently closed shop .
