Honkai Impact 3 Account Sales Terms - Pusat bantuan itemku
Honkai Impact 3 accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- sellers are required to unlink mobile and associated accounts others, and send the account only in the form (email and password).
- Seller must provide all data related to the account
- sellers are not allowed to sell accounts that are already linked to certain social media, but the social media accounts are missing/non- active.
- Sales proceeds will be held for 30 days as a form of warranty to the buyer.
- If the given account has a problem and the seller can't help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.
- Seller must prepare account data for account retrieval purposes
If itemku is found by a seller who sends an account that does not comply with the terms of the account sale above, then itemku will penalize the seller in the form of:

The first violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days .
- The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and send proof of delivery of replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days .
- The third violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account*, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent an account replacement and send proof of delivery of the replacement account to the itemku party, then the moderation of the sale will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 9 days .
- The fourth violation results in the permanent closure of the store, and the balance of the store will be disbursed to the registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.
If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:
- Closes the merchant's merchandise and stores. Store closures will be carried out in stages**
*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 9 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
