Scribd Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku

Scribd accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

- sellers are prohibited selling random accounts and lifetime
- only sellers are allowed to sell accounts with 1 Month subscription period
- sellers are prohibited from selling free trial accounts, stolen or hacked and cracked results.
- Accounts that are sold are allowed to use the Sharing method but is limited and in accordance with its capacity .

Sales funds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If the itemku party finds that the seller has violated the terms of sale of the account above, then:

- The first violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of account delivery replacement to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days .

- The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling accounts, the seller provides a replacement account for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then moderation sales will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days .

- The third violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account*, the seller provides a replacement account for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, moderation sales will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 9 days .

- The fourth violation results in permanent store closure, and the store balance will be disbursed to the registered bank account after there are no more pending transactions.

If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:

- Closing the merchandise and the store of that seller. Store closures will be carried out in stages**

*) revocation of multilevel moderation: revocation of the first moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received sanctions If the moderation is closed for 9 days, then the next sanction will be that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
