Amazon Gift Card vouchers sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

- Sellers are prohibited from selling Gift Cards originating from illegal methods (hacks, cracks, or system abuse, etc.)
- Sellers are prohibited from sending accounts who has the balance to fill an Amazon Gift Card order in itemku.
- Vouchers sold cannot be exchanged immediately.
- The seller is required to have proof that the voucher being sold comes from a legal source.
- The seller is fully responsible for the vouchers sold, by assisting in checking and providing a replacement voucher if the code sold is problematic.

If itemku finds the seller sending an illegal voucher code, causing the buyer's account to be deactivated, then itemku has the right to close your shop.

If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that is not in accordance with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:

- Close the merchandise and contact the seller for an explanation regarding the merchandise in 1x24 hour period.
- If within 24 hours there is no reply and or the seller is proven guilty, a sanction will be imposed, namely the closure of the multi-storey shop**.
** multilevel store closure: first violation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a store closing sanction for 9 days, then the next sanction will be the store permanently closed.
