Terms of Sale for Gift Skins, Items (7 Days), and Hero Mobile Legends - Pusat bantuan itemku

Gift Skins, Items (7 Days), and Mobile Legends Heroes sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

1. Skins, items and heroes submitted must be obtained legally.
2. Sellers are prohibited sending orders for Gift Skins, Items, and Heroes in the form of Diamonds.
3. Sellers are required to immediately make friends with buyers within 7 days after receiving order information.
4. Seller is required to ship orders according to the merchandise title.
5. Sellers are not allowed selling Skins, Items and Heroes that cannot be purchased on the Mobile Legends In-Game Store.
6. seller is required to keep proof of delivery of the order to the buyer in the form of a screenshot ( screenshot ) or screen recording ( screenrecord ) .
7. Sales funds will be held for 10 days, as a guarantee that the seller sends the order after 7 days of friendship.
8. If the order still hasn't been shipped within 9 days of friendship, and there is no further response from the seller regarding the order 1x24 hours after the complaint is informed, then itemku has the right to refund the order.
   

If the itemku party finds that the seller sends Skins, Items, and Heroes that do not comply with the sales conditions above, the seller will be given sanctions in the form of:

1. Gradual Trade Closing and Store Closing*. If the trades made are not in accordance with the terms of sale above.
   
2. Merchandise Closing and Store Closing* in stages. If the Gift Skin, Gift Item (7 Days) and Gift Hero given by the seller are obtained by illegal .
   

*) if the store violates up to two times, the third violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
**) Itemku has the right to change the terms and conditions this sale from time to time.
