Blockman Go Item Sales Terms - Pusat bantuan itemku

Blockman Go items sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

• Items sold must be obtained in a legal and responsible manner.
• Sellers are prohibited requesting Blockman Go account login data.
• Seller is required to ship items by trading method required for each game in Blockman Go, either via trade feature or drop item.
• Seller is required to send orders according to the information in the description and merchandise images provided for sale.
• When shipping orders, sellers are required to keep proof of delivery, either in the form of screenshots ( screenshot ) or screen recording ( screen record ).

If itemku finds that the seller sends an order that does not comply with the above sales conditions, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

1. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
   
2. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have shipped illegally obtained items (Cheats, system exploits, bug exploits).
   
3. Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have sent a Gift Item that does not match the one sold and does not ship the shortage within 2x24 hours since the complaint was informed to the buyer .

*) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
