Terms of Sale of Dota 2 Gift Items

Gift items sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  1. Items for sale are items that for delivery require the seller and buyer to be friends for 30 days first.
  2. Gift items must be sent via gift via steam
  3. In the manufacture of merchandise, the seller must provide details about the merchandise being sold.
  4. The seller must send the gift item according to the information stated in the merchandise.
  5. Sellers are advised to keep proof of gift items in the form of screenshots or screen records.
  6. Sales proceeds from Gift Items will be withheld for 33 days in advance as a form of guarantee to the buyer.



If itemku finds that the seller sends an order that does not comply with the above sales conditions, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

  1. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale
  2. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have shipped illegally obtained items.
  3. Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have sent an item that does not match the one sold and does not ship the shortage within 2x24 hours since the complaint was informed to the buyer.

*) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
