Minecraft Item Terms of Sale

The Minecraft items that can be sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Before the item transaction process begins, it is highly recommended that you prepare a recording tool/software to save proof of delivery of the item
  • Make sure you are logged in to Minecraft and the server that has been agreed upon by the buyer.
  • Make sure the buyer's name matches the purchase note
  • Send the order with the appropriate quantity.
  • Write clearly about the item you are selling in the merchandise description
  • Following the Rules of Using itemku in making merchandise.

If itemku team finds that the seller sends an item that does not comply with the above sales conditions or if in the process of checking the quality of the merchandise, itemku team finds that the seller made merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale above, then:

  • The first violation will result in your merchandise being closed, and the store closing for 3 days. If the seller is found to have sent the item obtained by illegal , then itemku has the right to refund the the order .
  • The second violation results in your merchandise being closed, and the store closing for 6 days. If the seller is found to have sent the item obtained by illegal , then itemku has the right to refund the the order .
  • A third violation results in your merchandise being closed, and the store closing for 9 days. If the seller is found to have sent the item obtained by illegal , then itemku has the right to refund the the order .
  • The fourth violation will result in the permanent closure of the store, and the balance of the store will be disbursed to the registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.

If in the process of checking the quality of merchandise, itemku team finds that the seller made merchandise that does not comply with the above sales conditions, then:

  • Closes the merchant's merchandise and stores. Store closures will be gradual*

*) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
