Terms of Sale Top Up Diamonds Event Mobile Legends

The Mobile Legends Top Up Diamonds Event category is a special category that will only appear if there is a Top Up Event in Mobile Legends. If the event has ended, the merchandise made by the seller in this category will be closed automatically.

Top Up Diamonds Event Mobile Legends sold in itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Top up is done using legal and reliable sources.
  • Sellers are not allowed to source top up by dropshipping method.
  • Seller prohibited requesting buyer's Mobile Legends account login data to process top-up up.
  • Sellers are allowed to send top up orders in one shipment, or retail (in multiple shipments).
  • Seller must send diamonds according to trade title (not counting bonus diamonds in shipping) . Example: Trade Title [Event A] 366 Diamonds, seller can send order in the form (367 Diamonds + 41 Bonus) or (217 Diamonds + 23 Bonus and 154 Diamonds + 16 Bonus) of both options, buyer will receive sufficient Base Diamonds for the Event (get 367 Diamonds or 217+154 = 371 Diamonds).
  • Seller is required to make merchandise according to the Trade Title option provided by itemku.
  • Seller must send orders according to the denomination stated in the Image, Title Trade, as well as a description of the trade.
  • Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof of having shipped merchandise to the buyer.


If itemku finds that the seller makes a top up delivery that does not comply with the provisions top up sales above, the seller will be given sanctions in the form of:

  1. Gradual lifting of top up selling moderation* if the seller doesn't send Top Up orders with Diamond base according to the Event.
  2. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise with different denominations between the Image, Description and Trade Title.
  3. Gradual revocation of Moderation selling Top Up* if seller sends top up not in accordance with the amount that should be based on point one. If the seller still has not sent the shortage of the order 3 days after the complaint was informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**

*) gradual withdrawal of moderation: first withdrawal of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closure penalty for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to two times, the third violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
