Terms of Sale Top Up Diamonds Mobile Legends - Pusat bantuan itemku

Top up Mobile Legends sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

1. Top up is done using legal and reliable sources.
2. Sellers are not allowed to take top up sources with the dropship method.
3. Seller is prohibited from requesting buyer's Mobile Legends account login data to process top up.
4. Sellers are allowed to send orders more than once.
5. The seller must make merchandise using the denomination that itemku has provided.
6. The seller is required to send an order with an amount that corresponds to the largest denomination used in the merchandise (either Title, Image, or Description).
7. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof that they have sent merchandise to the buyer.

If itemku finds that the seller makes a top up delivery that does not comply with the top up sales conditions above, the seller will be given a penalty in the form of:

1. Trade Closure and Shop Closure** when the seller makes merchandise in a denomination that itemku does not provide.
   
2. If there is a seller's merchandise that uses an image or informs the description of the denomination that is sold for less than the title used for the merchandise (Example: Trade Title 2010 Diamonds, information on the image and/or on the description “1890 Diamonds”). The seller's trade will be closed and the seller must send a top up order following the largest nominal if the merchandise is purchased.
   
3. If there is a Top Up merchandise where the seller uses an image or informs the description of the denomination that is sold more than the title used for the merchandise. (Example: Trade title 408 Diamonds, information in the picture and/or in the description “411 Diamonds”), the seller is required to send a top up order following the largest nominal.
   
4. Gradual revocation of Moderation selling Top Up* if seller sends top up not in accordance with the amount that should be based on points two and three. If the seller still hasn't sent the shortage of the order 3 days after the complaint was informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to two times, the third violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
