Apple Music Account Upgrade Terms of Sale

Apple Music Account upgrades sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Account Upgrades for sale are not Free Trial Accounts .
  • Upgrading an Apple Music Account must use the IDR (Rupiah) payment method and be an Apple Music Indonesia Account.
  • The duration of the trade created must follow the duration option provided by itemku
  • When making merchandise, the seller is not allowed to write down the duration bonus of the merchandise either in the description or merchandise image.
  • Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
  • If the account provided is problematic (account suspended/subscription stopped/cannot login) and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order .
  • If itemku has a transaction problem from the seller then itemku will penalize the seller in the form of:

    1. The first violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account (not a free trial account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and send proof of delivery of replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days.
    2. The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account (not a free trial account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and send proof of delivery of replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days.
    3. The third violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account (not a free trial account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and send proof of delivery of replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, then the seller's shop will be closed for 9 days.
    4. The fourth violation results in the permanent closure of the store, and the store's balance will be disbursed to the registered bank account after no more transactions have been made. still not finished.

    If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:

    - Close the merchandise and contact the seller for clarification regarding the merchandise within 1x24 hours.

    - If no reply is received within 24 hours and or the seller is found guilty, a sanction will be imposed, namely revocation of multilevel moderation**.

    ** revocation of multilevel moderation: first moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closing penalty for 9 days days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
