Why Is My Merchandise/Shop Lost?

This most likely happened because you didn't login to itemku for 4 (four) days or more .

If you are not logged in for four days or more, you will be considered not actively selling by the system. During inactive status, your store status will be changed to Close . But don't worry, even if your shop is closed, your merchandise will not be lost. You can change your store status back to Open whenever you want.

So that your store status doesn't change to Close automatically, we recommend logging in to itemku at least every 2 days. In addition to checking your merchandise, you can also check the Message Box to see if there are messages from buyers or announcements regarding the latest information on itemku.
