A: Once activated, currently itemku notification will appear every time you get a new message (chat) from the seller, the status of your order, or promo info

Q: How do I enable the notification feature from itemku site?

A:

1. Go to itemku site and login to your itemku account

2. On the main page and several other pages, if you scroll the page down, a pop-up will appear as shown in the image. Click allow notifications

3. A pop-up will appear on the top left of the screen or the middle of the screen on mobile to confirm notification access. Click " Allow

4. itemku notification has been successfully activated! Notifications on the desktop display will appear on the lower right side of the screen and notification center, while on the mobile display they will appear in the HP notification panel

A: It is recommended that you use the latest Google Chrome browser to get notifications from itemku site

Q: I have activated the notification feature from the Google Chrome browser, why am I still not getting notifications?

A:

1. Make sure your Google Chrome app is always running

2. Make sure your Google Chrome notification settings are correct. Open Google Chrome > Select the 3 dots menu at the top right of the screen > Settings > Privacy & Security > Notifications > Activate the "Sites can ask to send notifications" option

3. Install itemku's progressive web app (PWA) on your desktop or cellphone to ensure that notifications will still appear even if the Google Chrome application is not opened/used
