I have sent the order, when will I receive the sales balance?

If you have sent an order that entered your store, and changed the delivery status to already sent via the 'Purchase History' menu < website tokoku (https://tokoku. itemku.com/) as shown below:

Then you will receive the balance (in cashable or non-cashable type) when the buyer has confirmed that their order has been received. You can see which orders have not been confirmed by the buyer by selecting the view bar ' Awaiting Confirmation ' in the ' Purchase History ' menu at tokoku website.

You can contact the buyer by click Contact Buyer on this page, to remind the buyer to confirm their order if they have received the order you sent.

However, if the buyer doesn't reply to your message, then you don't need to worry because the order will still be confirmed automatically* based on the table below:

*)Confirmed orders are automatically completed if there are no complaints from buyers.
*)Orders that are confirmed to be completed automatically will not get a rating until the buyer gives a rating on the order.
