- Manage itemku's social media accounts (IG, Tiktok, Youtube, etc)
- Research, identify, and analyze target audience characteristics, behavior, and social media habits,
- Implement social media strategy to align with business goals,

- Perform daily task on each platform such as content planning, communicate with the audience, and research daily trends,
- Write, prepare, and work with creative designer & video content creators to produce engaging contents,
- Generate social media performance report on weekly & monthly basis,

- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices,
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, technologies, and trends in the social media field.

- Minimum 2 years experience in Social Media, Content, Community Managing or Public Relation experience,
- Creative-minded with great communication skills, able to create contents and deliver objectives in a fun but effective way, especially through video-based contents

- Strong understanding of social media fundamentals, such as copywriting, content planning, and performance tracking,
- Great analytics skills, able to compile & gain insights from data,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Having a basic design skill (for draft purposes only) is a plus,

- Vast knowledge and interest in gaming, esports & popular culture,
- Positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, able to work in a team and independently,
- Willing to innovate and generate fresh ideas, not hesitating to learn new things, and ready to overcome future challenges.
- Good at English (professional level on written English & at least basic level on conversational).
