You can request a refund of an order that you have already paid if the seller still has not sent your order in accordance with the terms of the time until refund request available.
The following are the terms of time until the request for a refund:
- For orders that use the 10-minute delivery guarantee, you can immediately apply for a refund if the seller doesn't send your order in more than 10 minutes.
- For orders that do not use 10-minute delivery guarantee, you can apply for a refund if the seller has not sent your order after the specified time limit according to the category/type of merchandise.
