Terms of Sale iQIYI Account - Pusat bantuan itemku
iQIYI accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Sellers are required to use legal to get active VIP on sold accounts
- Account must be used with reasonable capacity (example: 4 Device Account only used by 4 people)
- Accounts sold must match the type of trade available (Shared Accounts are sold on the Shared Account trading type, and Private Accounts sold on the Private Account trading type ).
- The definition of Private Account is 1 Account for 1 buyer only.
- The definition of a Sharing Account is that 1 account can be sold to multiple buyers.
- Sellers are only allowed to sell accounts for a maximum of 30 days/1 Month.
- Sellers are only allowed to make account trades according to the title provided by itemku.
- Sellers are expected to immediately send orders with account information such as email and password.
- Sales funds are held for 30 Days as a form of guarantee to the buyer
- Sellers are advised to keep proof of a successful trade with the buyer, proof of trade can be in the form of screenshots ( screenshot ) or recording ( screenrecord ).
- If a given account has a problem (account suspended/subscription stopped/cannot login) during the purchase period and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on the order.
If itemku side finds a seller sending an account that uses illegal means to obtain active viewing packages or other similar actions or seller sends Account to more than device capacity , then itemku will be sanction the seller in the form of:

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual withdrawal of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller sends the account more than the screen capacity. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller does not match the category (Private Accounts are sent Shared Accounts). If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers (for Private Accounts) or the seller sends an account to more than the maximum profile limit (shared account).

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* and store closure** if the seller is proven to have purchased an account on itemku using either his own account or another account, then resell the account to his shop.
If the seller uses the automatic delivery feature on his iQIYI Account merchandise, Auto-submitting Terms and Conditions of Use will apply to the iQIYI Account's merchandise.
*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 2 times, then the violation subsequent ones will result in the permanent closure of the shop.
***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
