MOLA Account Sales Terms - Pusat bantuan itemku
The MOLA account sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Sellers are required to use a legal method to obtain an active Watch Package on the account being sold.
- Accounts for sale are not Free Trial Accounts .
- The payment method used on the Mola TV Account must not be derived from Carding results, or other similar actions
- Account must be used with reasonable capacity (example: Share Account for 2 users is only used by 2 buyers, and Private Account is only for 1 buyer) .
- Accounts sold must match the type of trade available (Shared Accounts are sold on the Shared Account trading type, and Private Accounts sold on the Private Account trading type ).
- Sellers are only allowed to sell accounts with 1 day viewing packages (only for Mudik Movies) and 30 days .
- seller is expected to immediately send the order account information in the form of email and password to the buyer.
- Sales funds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
- Sellers are required to sell according to account specifications such as the maximum capacity and devices allowed on the Watch Package.
- Sellers are advised to keep evidence of a successful trade with the buyer, proof of trade can be in the form of screenshots or screenrecords.
- If the account provided has a problem (account suspended/subscription stopped/cannot login) during the usage period and the seller can't help fix the account, then itemku has the right to order cancellation on the order.
If itemku finds a seller sending an account that uses illegal means to obtain active viewing packages or other similar actions or seller sends Account to more than device capacity , then itemku will be sanction the seller in the form of:

Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual withdrawal of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller sends the account more than the screen capacity. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller does not match the category (Private Accounts are sent Shared Accounts). If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers (for Private Accounts).
If the seller uses the automatic delivery feature on his Mola Account, Auto-submitting Terms and Conditions of Use will apply to that Mola Account trade.
*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
