Netflix Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku
Netflix accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Accounts for sale are not Free Trial Accounts .
- Netflix accounts that are allowed to be traded are the regions of Indonesia, the Philippines (PH), and Pakistan (PK).
- A Netflix account with an Indonesian Region (ID) must use the IDR (Rupiah) payment method using a Credit Card or similar legal payment.
- Netflix account with Philippines Region (PH) must use PHP (Philippine peso) payment method using Netflix Gift Card, Credit Card, or other mobile subscription payment.
- Netflix account with Pakistan Region (PK) must use PKR (Pakistani rupee) payment method using Netflix Gift Card, Credit Card or other mobile subscription payment.
- The payment method used on the Netflix Account must not be the result of Carding, or other similar actions.
- The seller is not allowed to send an account with a payment method different from the region purchased (example: a PK region account cannot be sent an account with payments other than PKR/Pakistan currency)
- Account must be used to its reasonable capacity (example: 4 Screen Account only used by 4 people).
- Accounts sold must match the type of trade available (Shared Accounts are sold on the Shared Account trading type, and Private Accounts sold on the Private Account trading type ).
- The definition of Private Account is 1 Account ( not Profile ) Netflix only for 1 Buyer.
- The definition of Shared Account is 1 Account can be sold to several buyers and shared using Profile. The seller must adjust the screen capacity (Shared 1 Month 4 UHD Screen used by 4 buyers and Shared 1 Month 2 HD Screen used by 2 buyers).
- For example: 1 Month Sharing Account trading 4 UHD Screen means 1 Account can be sold sharing to 4 buyers with 4 Profiles
- Only 1 month subscription allowed.
- Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
- Sellers are not allowed to resell accounts purchased from other stores in itemku (whether purchased using own account or doing another account but used by seller).
- If the given account has a problem (account suspended/subscription stopped/cannot login) and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancellation of the order on the order.
If itemku side finds a seller sending an account that uses illegal means to obtain active viewing packages or other similar actions or seller sends Account to more than device capacity , then itemku will be sanction the seller in the form of:

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Gradual withdrawal of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller sends the account more than the screen capacity. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
- Revocation of Account Sales Moderation gradually* if the account provided by the seller does not match the category (Private Account is sent a Shared Account). If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.

Closure of Trade, if the seller sends an account with a payment method that does not match his category.
- Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers (for Private Accounts) or the seller sends an account to more than the maximum profile limit (shared account).

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* and store closure** if the seller is proven to have purchased an account on itemku using either his own account or another account, then resell the account to his shop.
If the seller uses the auto-delivery feature on his/her Netflix Account, Auto-submitting Terms and Conditions of Use will apply to the Netflix Account merchandise.
*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
