There are several things that can cause your account to be inactive and unable to login, including:
- There are reports of fraud from other users with strong evidence

Cancellation of transactions too often, ie more than three times in 1 day for no apparent reason
- Have merchandise containing reports or insults to other users
- Indicated/has committed fraud in any form or manner
- Abusing the features of itemku
- User Rules
