1. Select an account from the available merchandise and make a purchase
2. Make payment for your order
3. Wait until seller provides Dragon Nest SEA account login information
4. Immediately change the password and email used. For guidance see How to Secure Account
5. Make sure the account you receive is not linked to Facebook or Google. To check it, login to the website https://sea.dragonnest.com/ then click Account. Check whether in the Link with SNS section, the account is connected to Facebook or Google
6. If your account has been linked to Facebook or Google, you can report it to my CS item
7. Check if the account specifications such as equipment, costume, and jade are as stated in the trade description

If appropriate, click the Done button in itemku to complete your order

How to Secure Account

1. After the account data is obtained, login to your account via the website https://sea.dragonnest.com/
2. Click Account
3. To change the password, in the Password section, click Edit and enter a new password
4. To change the email, in the Email section, click Edit
5. Then, contact the seller to process the email verification until you get an email from Dragon Nest for a replacement email
6. Open the verification email from Dragon Nest, and select Click Here
