1. Choose from the available merchandise and place an order
2. Enter your RBL Nickname in the field provided
3. Make payment for your order and wait for the seller to process your order
4. Make an appointment with the seller to meet in-game via the message feature in itemku for online hours and trading location agreement purposes
5. Login to game Pet Simulator X RBL at the agreed time and meet the seller
6. The seller will give you the Pet that you ordered via the Trade feature
7. Check again if the Pet given by the seller is in accordance with the order then click the Ready button
8. If it is appropriate, click the button Done on the page Purchase History to complete your order

Pet Duplicate (Dupe) Checking

1. To avoid Pet duplicate (dupe) we recommend that you do dupe checking according to the latest method in the community
2. One way we recommend is the following
3. The pet equipment you just bought
4. Log out of the server
5. Login back to the server
6. Check if your pet is still equipped or not. If the pet is lost, then the pet is a dupe
7. If it is proven that the seller provided a pet dupe, immediately contact itemku CS
