Top Up Sugar Live sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

1. Top up is done using legal and reliable sources.
2. Seller prohibited requesting buyer's Sugar Live account login data.
3. When creating merchandise, make sure to use a Title that matches the one itemku has provided.
4. Seller is required to make merchandise according to the denomination being sold (both in the image used, the trade title or description written on the merchandise).
5. Sellers are required send orders according to the nominal merchandise/number of items ordered .
6. Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof of having shipped merchandise to the buyer.

If itemku finds that the seller makes a top-up delivery that does not comply with the above-mentioned top-up sales conditions, itemku will penalize the seller in the form of:

1. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise in a denomination that itemku does not provide.
   
2. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller violates the terms of sale.
   
3. If there is a seller's merchandise that uses an image or informs the description of the denomination that is sold less than the title used for the merchandise. The seller's trade will be closed and the seller must send a top up order following the largest nominal if the merchandise is purchased.
   
4. If there is a Top Up merchandise where the seller uses an image or informs the description of the denomination that is sold more than the title used for the merchandise. The seller is required to send a top up order following the largest nominal.
   

Gradual revocation of Moderation selling Top Up* if seller sends top up not in accordance with the amount that should be based on points three and four. If the seller still has not sent the shortage of the order 3 days after the complaint was informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction will be that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to two times, the third violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
