Do not log in and out frequently, as it may cause the account to be limited. ❗Do not tamper with billing/payment/cancel membership. If caught violating, the account will be revoked, and the customer will be fined 5 times the price of this item. ❗If the account cannot be logged in, do not force it. Immediately contact the admin and wait until the account is fully warranted. ❗If the account is limited on a phone or another device, please log out from all devices, clear data, and log in again after a few minutes. ❗Logging in on a laptop and TV counts as 2 devices. If the account is limited, please wait and try again periodically. ❗The warranty process takes a maximum of 2x24 hours. If it is completed before 2x24 hours, the admin will inform the customer directly. Note: If the customer violates the provided T&C, the warranty will be void, and no refunds will be given. All fraudulent activities can be monitored~
